  • Response to enquiries regarding non-standard products within 72 hours. In some cases, the response times may be longer, and the customer will be informed of this.
  • Complaints are processed within 24 hours, where a solution is agreed upon after a visit from one of our employees.
  • Compliance with agreements and deadlines towards all our partners as well as customers and suppliers.
